Refunds 

If you are unhappy with your piece, please have a chat with Lupin about it. Redrawing is a potential option. 

Please be sure to give Lupin any reference images, notes on how you’d like the image to appear. If images are not of sufficient quality or instructions are unclear, the results may be affected.

Refunds are not given routinely, but may be considered under exceptional circumstances.

Payments and Deposits 

50% deposit is required upfront.

After completion, the full payment must be made within 48 hours.
